Molex launched the Woodhead super-safeway portable power system.

The high durability of the Woodhead power box, Woodhead wiring equipment and Woodhead Safeway cable protector can provide a strengthened power delivery system after combined use.

(Singapore - on January 11, 2018) introduced Molex Woodhead Super - Safeway portable power supply system, the system will be Woodhead power box, Woodhead wiring of the durability of the equipment reliability and innovative Woodhead Safety cable protector into a set of integrated solutions, suitable for indoor or outdoor applications.

The Woodhead super-safeway power box is made of vulcanized rubber housing, which can withstand vibration, shock and corrosion. The power box weighs just 29 pounds, and aluminum supports not only reduce the weight of the power box, but also provide a 6-inch clearance. Many product features including this feature enable the Woodhead Super Safeway portable power system to comply with the standard requirements of UL, CSA, NEC and OSHA for portable power transmission system proposed in the construction site.

The power box also USES a color-coded straight blade socket to assist the user in balancing the load between the phases, while the connected feature allows multiple power boxes to be set on a feed line.

The Woodhead wiring solution includes an inclined socket /GFCI outlet box, a 3-phase longitudinal reinforcing bar, and a 50an power cord. The vertical bar socket is also color-coded to facilitate the identification of phase 3.

Woodhead Safeway cable protection system adopts 5 channel design, the highest can accommodate 1.25 inch diameter of cable (1.625 inch diameter of the center of the cable channel), and adopted the convenient hinged cover, convenient operation, placement and remove all cables. In addition, the strength of the cable protector is extremely high, and the load capacity of each wire is 163,000 pounds, and the uv stabilized material is well tolerated by sunlight.
